What I’ve learned in 20 years in tech:
You deserve to be here. Your ideas are just as good, or probably better than other people’s. Speak your mind. Take up space. Lean into the conversation. Don’t accept being interrupted. Call them out if they don’t listen. Other people want to hear you. Other women are watching. They want permission to not accept what’s going on. Give it to them. Lead the way. Wear your cape.
