I always considered myself to be a feminist without ever knowing what it fully meant. I knew that I thought women were equal to men. However as a child I gave into “this is what girls do” and “this is what guys do” Just recently I’ve been reading up and developing myself as a feminist. I’m proud to say that I now consider myself a full-fledged soldier in the fight for equality. Feminism is not a dirty word. I continue to inform my friends and yearn to make the world an equal place.
