Whenever I see the original bathroom sign for women/girls, I can’t help but smile and picture the red cape. My t-shirt makes me feel strong, and it certainly catches people’s attention. Sometimes I have to explain – see, it’s not a dress, it’s always been a cape! and we’re super-women! It’s great how something so often in our lives can have a completely new perspective. I feel it represents me – sometimes I feel invisible, but if I make just the slightest change, even the smile that comes with my vision of the cape, with or without passing the restroom, I feel stronger and lighter.
